FSSC 22000 certification is a key element for a successful culture and food safety. After having obtained the certification for the Santa Rosa facility and because of the effort and commitment of our collaborators, we have obtained the recommendation to obtain this certification for the Churubusco processing plant. Additionally, at the Vía Matamoros facility we went on the second phase, so we can later proceed and obtain the recommendation for the certification.
During the following days, we will be working on the flaws detected and thus obtain the final accreditation for both processing plants.
