Certifications
FSSC 22000
The certification granted by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification (FSSC) is internationally recognized and is responsible for guaranteeing a high quality food for the consumer.
FSSC 22000 is applied in our Santa Rosa processing plant, which certifies the safe processing of chicken products and natural chicken pieces.
TIF
The Federal Inspection Type (TIF) certification is granted by SAGARPA, which guarantees that the product being consumed is a product of excellence.
We have TIF certification in our Churubusco, Santa Rosa and Vía Matamoros processing plants with establishment numbers TIF-A200, TIF-598 and TIF-177. This certification allows and guarantees the processing and handling of poultry, bovine and porcine meat products of the highest quality.
Ethical Code
