The educational gap in Mexico is of 30 million people who, due to different factors, have not completed their basic education; That is why at Grupo Ayvi we have started a project that will help employees to complete their basic education: ESTUDIAYVI.
16 students are the ones who, with their example and dedication, will be the spearhead in this program, where Grupo Ayvi is committed to our people and we are sure they will make the most of this opportunity. In a ceremony to start classes, Mr. Edgardo Jiménez, Federal Delegate of INEA and Mrs. Ana Bertha Barrón from CONEVyT presented the educational program and the adviser who will accompany them in this new adventure, Mrs. Clara Magallanes.
On behalf of Grupo Ayvi we have the presence of Luis Montemayor, Manager of Talent and Culture; who accompanied Enrique Arjona, Director of Manufacturing and Juan Enrique Gómez Cerecero who were excited about the start of this program.
The ESTUDIAYVI program begins with a placement exam where collaborators will be able to know their current level and will be channeled to the stage of the program that belongs to start their studies.
Churubusco plant will be our pilot site for this program where our students will take classes twice a week to complete their basic education and in a minimum period of 3 months we will be able to start meeting the first graduates.
